Chef Aaron Weber
With over a decade of restaurant experience, Chef Aaron Weber heads Augusta’s Restaurant at The Georgia Trail.
A graduate of the famed Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chef Aaron creates everything from mouthwatering appetizers to Augusta’s signature salads and sandwiches. And on Fridays he creates his own “Chef Specials” for Augusta's diners to enjoy.
He heads a team of professional servers and assistant chefs and along with a full menu, offers customized event menus.
A native of Wisconsin, Chef Aaron background includes an internship with Posh Restaurant in Buckhead and a stint at the Loafing Leprechaun.
