With over a decade of restaurant experience, Chef Olivia Walters heads Augusta’s Restaurant at The Georgia Trail.
Chef Olivia creates everything from mouthwatering appetizers to Augusta’s signature salads and sandwiches. And on Fridays she creates her own “Chef Specials” for Augusta's diners to enjoy.
She heads a team of professional servers and assistant chefs and along with a full menu, offers customized event menus.
A native of Florida, Chef Olivia's background includes an internship with Skopelos in Pensacola, and a stint at Bone Fish Grill.
