Ernie has been teaching professionally since 1986. He has given more than 80,000 golf lessons to students of all playing abilities. He is "One of GOLF Magazine's Top Teachers" and has held this honor every year since 2002. Curt has been teaching professionally since 2005 and is currently enrolled in the Golf Professional Program with the PGA to elevate his credentials and experience even higher. Curt joined the Trail Staff in 2009. He is an accomplished player as well as teacher. he frequently plays in local professional tournaments. His unique viewpoint as a player allows his students to see the game from a perspective that many only strive to reach. Shane was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and has been a student of golf his entire life. His teaching abilities have been tested for many years through different vocations, and have been transferred to his love and passion for golf after moving to the United States. Shane is a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and uses his knowledge and expertise to help his students improve their golf swing with improved balance, flexibility and overall golf specific strengthening programs. He is also Certified Professional Golf Instructor with the NPGIA and is currently enrolled in the Golf Professional Program with the PGA. Ned is a Class "A" professional elected to membership in 1988. He has been teaching the game to both adults and juniors for over 20 years. He is a member of the PGA Presidents Council on growing the game. He started playing golf in Madison, CT at age 8 and played on the Varsity Golf Team for four years at Daniel Hand High as a Co-Captain. He attended Ferris State earning his BS in Marketing & Management in 1986. While attending the Professional Golf Management Program he was elected President of the PGM in 1984.
