Always open to the public, we invite you to experience the Trail Banquet Facility. We can host small group meetings OR Mid size meetings OR family/corporate events of more 200+. Rent one of our three (3) banquet areas to get the perfect size accommodation for any event.
The Trail Banquet Facility is not your typical “Banquet Hall” – We have three (3) rental areas available – Small – Medium – Large… Rent our Conference Room for up to 16 guest – Rent The Main Hall for guest up to 55 inside and and additional 60 on our large oversized deck (the deck overlooks the beautifully manicured Champions Trail Putt Putt Course, Driving range and practice area. The 9 hole golf course is located on the remaining 40+ acres) or Finally, Rent The Outdoor Cabana Area for guest of 200+ that includes waterfalls, beach area, 600 s.f. dance floor, outdoor bar, 2 operational fire pits for cooking or just as a fire perfect for Smores.
Rental available and customized for your event needs. We have a huge array of options for event specialist, chef and serving staff. Additionally we have partnered with several local restaurants to provide catered food of virtually any ethnicity and style. Add that extra special touch to your next event by adding a live band or D.J. to get the party started. Rental available in blocks of time 5 hours or more for (2 hour minimum Conference Room and 5 hour minimum for all other areas). Rental prices start as low as $10 per hour for the conference room. Our block pricing is divided into weekday 8 am to 6 pm AND weekends and after 6 pm.
